Description

The oyster mushroom is frequently used in Japanese, Korean and Chinese cookery as a delicacy: it is frequently served on its own, in soups, stuffed, or in stir-fry recipes with soy sauce.

ink colour fungi which resembles a tropical coral. Very aggressive strain and you'll have a hard time getting it to NOT fruit. 

Easily grown with an ideal temperature of 15-20 degrees
-Remove cardboard tab from front of your kit
-with clean sharp knife cut an x in the plastic (this is where the mushrooms will grow out)
-1-2 times per day give a light misting of water
- after first flush of mushrooms turn your block around inside the box to expose the non fruited side (it all starts again)
- After 1-2 flushes of mushroom you may need to re-hydrate your kit
