Description
Fast maturing, large dark green oval leaves. Grow for baby leaves or mature crops. Excellent source of Vitamin A, C and Folate.
How To Grow |
Sow 12mm deep in rows 30cm apart. For baby leaves, no thinning is required. For regular spinach, thin to 15cm. Water well during dry spells. Use small tender leaves in salads, larger leaves are best lightly steamed. Seedlings emerge 14-21 days. |

Important Note | These seeds are treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL), do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties of seeds. It does not affect your crops or harm insects such as bees. |

Where | In damp, rich, well-drained soil in a semi-shaded position. |
How Sow | Sow thinly 5mm (1/4in) deep in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Cover with fine soil and gently firm in. Keep moist. |
Care | When large enough, thin out to 7.5cm (3in) apart. For baby leaf or mature plants, thin to a final spacing of 15cm (6in). |
