Our guarantee lasts for 12 months. If our trees, climbers, roses, or shrubs fail to grow, we will replace them. In the unlikely event that they die, we will happily replace it for you.
Simply return the plant with proof of purchase receipt or join our Garden Club to benefit from our no fuss return policy which automatically records all of your items purchased at Harmony.
*This excludes annual plants, indoor plants and only allows for one replacement we do not replace a purchase more than the one occasion. Management reserve the right to deny replacement
