Description
A medium sized rich green fruit with a greenish-white crisp firm flesh that is juicy and an excellent keeper. A distinctively sprightly flavour, which develops to be very sweet if left to hang on the tree until after leaf fall. A productive regular bearer.
Grafted onto a specially selected dwarfing root stock.
Pollinator: Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Gala, Cox's Orange, Jonathan.
Uses: Granny Smith is used for fresh fruit, cooking, and drying. Also great when used in cider if mixed with less acidic varieties.
