Description
This Golden Delicious is a smaller variety ideal for the home garden, cottage or small tight spaces (to large for pots). Fruit is medium to large pale green, becoming slightly yellow fruit with cream finely grained crisp flesh, which is very juicy. A sweet flavour with a slight acid bite. Golden Delicious trees bear fruit at a very early age, producing heavy crops on a very vigorous tree. The apples have good keeping qualities.
Best when left to ripen on the tree compared to those that you may buy.
