Description
Native Murnong, produces sweet, coconutty tubers. These can be eaten raw or baked and added to salads or desserts. The slightly bitter leaves are also edible. Ready for harvest in Autumn, Murnong thrives in rich, loamy soil with good watering, preferring full sun. Suitable for garden beds or large pots.
