Description
Medium to large sweet fruit, that is green when picked, ripening to yellow. Very juicy and smooth textured flesh, with an excellent flavour. An upright spreading tree suitable to espalier.
Pollination: Beurre Bosc, Nijisseiki – may also be partially self fertile.
Uses: fresh fruit, preserving, and cooking.
