At Harmony Garden Centre, your satisfaction with the plants and products you purchase is extremely important to us. We spend considerable time sourcing only the highest-quality plants and products.
Our eligible trees, climbers, roses and shrubs are covered by our 12-month plant guarantee. If your plant fails to establish, grow or dies during this period, we will happily assess the situation and, where the guarantee applies, provide a replacement.
Our guarantee is intended to cover genuine plant failure where reasonable care has been taken. It allows for one replacement per original purchase only.
Simply return the plant with your proof of purchase receipt. Alternatively, join our Garden Club to enjoy our no-fuss return policy, which automatically records your purchases at Harmony Garden Centre.
Guarantee Conditions
- The plant must be returned to Harmony Garden Centre so we can assess its condition and the circumstances of the claim. This also allows our team to help advise on a suitable replacement.
- Proof of purchase is required, either by presenting your receipt or through a Garden Club purchase record.
- The guarantee allows for one replacement per original purchase only. Once a plant has been replaced under this guarantee, the replacement plant is not covered by a further guarantee claim.
- The guarantee excludes annual plants and indoor plants.
- Where a claim is approved, we will provide a replacement plant. No refunds will be offered under this guarantee. If the original plant is unavailable, we will work with you to select a more suitable alternative of your choice.
- We reserve the right to decline a claim where, following assessment, we reasonably believe the plant has not failed, the claim does not fall within the intended purpose of the guarantee, or the request is unreasonable.
- We ask that all guarantee claims and discussions be made respectfully. Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be accepted.
This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
