The Dunganski garlic cultivar, also known as Duganski, is a hardneck variety that prefers cool climates for optimal growth. Renowned for its very good flavor, it offers a moderate to hot taste when raw and a nutty flavor when cooked. Its storage capability is medium. For successful cultivation, scapes should be removed before uncoiling to ensure full-size bulb development. This variety can produce reasonable crops even in milder climates
