Description
A naturally compact form of the popular Cripps Pink (Pink Lady®) apple, Pinkabelle® produces full-sized fruit with an attractive pink-red blush and crisp, juicy flesh. Originating from Western Australia, this true dwarf variety is naturally compact rather than being grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock, making it exceptionally easy to grow and maintain. Minimal pruning is required, while reliable crops of delicious apples are produced year after year.
Pollination: Requires a compatible apple variety nearby for reliable fruit set. Suitable pollinators include Granny Smith, Leprechaun™, Monty's Surprise®, Gala, Fuji, and Red Delicious.
Harvest: Late April to May
Best Uses: Fresh eating, lunchboxes, juicing and desserts
Position: Full sun with well-drained soil
