Description
A mottled bright red over a greenish-yellow skinned fruit, with a snow/white crisp, juicy flesh. Pomme de Neige requires annual thinning to produce even crops. A well flavored apple on a medium sized upright tree.
Pollinator: Cox's Orange -Pippin, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and Jonathan.
Uses: Fresh fruit, cooking and drying
