Description
A very small dark reddish-purple fruit with a yellow, firm flesh that has a slightly tangy sour taste when fresh, but makes the best plum jam in the world. A strong upright grower with good cropping.
Pollination: self fertile but may benefit from another European plum
Uses: used for drying, cooking and is an excellent variety for jams.
