Description
A dwarf form of the classic European prune plum, producing medium to large oval fruit with deep blue-purple skin and firm golden-green flesh. Angelina is renowned for its rich, sweet flavour, excellent keeping qualities and versatility, making it a favourite for both fresh eating and preserving.
Pollination: Partially self-fertile. For heavier and more reliable crops, plant with Prune d'Agen, Damson, Green Gage or another compatible European plum flowering at the same time.
Harvest: March
Best Uses: Fresh eating, drying, bottling, jams, baking and preserving.
Position: Full sun in well-drained soil.
